Richard A. Podraza has been practicing as

a CPA since 1984 and has been licenced in

Wisconsin, Iowa and Arizona.  He has over

twenty years’ experience dealing with

closely- held corporations and their

principals.  He prides himself on accuracy,

reliability and follow-through.  Rick 

developes and directs the services we

deliver to our clients.  In addition to providing

accounting, assurance and tax services, he has:

• Appeared as an expert testimony in valuation, divorce, and bankruptcy proceedings
• Prepared valuations and critiqued opposing valuations for sales, acquisitions, and divorce disputes
